At Mode of Monarchs, every garment is thoughtfully designed and carefully prepared before it reaches you.

We encourage all customers to review our product descriptions, sizing information and policies before completing their purchase.

By placing an order with Mode of Monarchs, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this Delivery Policy.

Delivery & Processing

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.

During collection launches or periods of exceptionally high demand, dispatch may require up to an additional 10 business days. If this occurs, every effort will be made to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Estimated delivery times from dispatch are:

• United Kingdom: 1–2 business days

• United States (Standard Delivery): 3–7 business days

• International: 3–7 business days

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Charges

Delivery is included on all orders within the United Kingdom.

Standard delivery is included on all orders shipped to the United States. Where available, customers may choose to upgrade to an express delivery service at checkout for an additional charge.

Shipping charges for all other international destinations are calculated at checkout.

Packaging

Every Mode of Monarchs order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure that all delivery details are accurate before completing your purchase.

Once an order has been placed, it immediately enters our fulfilment process and cannot be cancelled, amended or exchanged before dispatch.

We are therefore unable to change your delivery address, selected item, size, contact details or any other order information after your order has been submitted.

We recommend selecting a secure delivery address for all orders.

Responsibility for your order transfers to you once it has been delivered to the delivery address provided and delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

Mode of Monarchs cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged after confirmed delivery.

International Orders

Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included within your order total and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

Mode of Monarchs has no control over customs regulations, customs clearance procedures or any charges imposed by local authorities.

If customs charges are refused and the shipment is returned to us, any return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes or handling charges incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund where permitted by applicable law.

Orders refused by the recipient or abandoned during customs clearance may not be eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable consumer law.

Shipping Delays

Whilst every effort is made to deliver your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, delays caused by customs authorities, adverse weather, carrier disruptions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occasionally occur.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow a reasonable additional period for delivery before contacting our Customer Care team.
