Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Mode of Monarchs purchase.

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Mode of Monarchs. If your item is not quite right, eligible items may be returned for a refund in accordance with the policy below.

This policy is provided in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

Orders Cannot Be Cancelled or Amended

Once an order has been placed, it immediately enters our fulfilment process and cannot normally be cancelled, amended or exchanged before dispatch.

We are therefore unable to change the selected item, size, delivery address, contact details or payment method after an order has been submitted.

Please carefully check all order information before completing your purchase.

This operational policy does not affect any statutory rights that may apply to eligible online purchases. Once your order has been delivered, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Returning Your Order

You must notify us that you wish to return an eligible item within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Once you have notified us, the item must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after notifying us.

We encourage customers to return items promptly after receiving the return instructions so that they can be inspected and processed as quickly as possible.

Submitting a return request does not mean that the return has been approved or that a refund has been issued. All returned items are subject to inspection.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, returned items must be:

• Unworn, unused and unwashed.

• In their original condition.

• Returned with all original garment tags attached.

• Returned with the original security tag attached, intact and untampered with.

• Free from makeup, fragrance, deodorant, stains, marks, hair or any other signs of wear.

• Free from alterations, pulls, damage or deterioration.

• Returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible.

You may carefully try on the garment to assess its fit and appearance, as you reasonably would in a physical store.

Please take care when trying on your garment and avoid contact with makeup, fragrance, deodorant, jewellery or anything that could mark, pull or damage the fabric.

All returned garments are carefully inspected upon receipt.

Where an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit, and this has reduced its value, Mode of Monarchs may make an appropriate deduction from the refund as permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights.

Security Tags

Every Mode of Monarchs garment is fitted with a security tag.

Please ensure that you are completely satisfied with the garment's fit and appearance before removing the security tag.

The original security tag must remain attached, intact and untampered with when the garment is returned.

Removing, cutting or tampering with the security tag may reduce the garment's value and may result in an appropriate deduction from your refund.

Removal of the security tag does not automatically remove any statutory rights that may apply. Each returned garment will be assessed individually.

Requesting a Return

To request a return, please email info@modeofmonarchs.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

• Your full name.

• Your order number.

• The item you wish to return.

• Your reason for returning the item.

Providing this information helps us identify and process your return efficiently and improve our products, sizing and customer experience.

Once we have received your request, we will provide the relevant return address and instructions.

Please do not send your item back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior notification or the required order information may experience delays in processing.

Returning Your Item

Once you have notified us that you wish to return your item, it remains your responsibility until it has been safely received by Mode of Monarchs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service and retaining proof of postage until your refund has been completed.

Mode of Monarchs cannot accept responsibility for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying the full cost of returning unwanted or unsuitable items to Mode of Monarchs.

Mode of Monarchs does not provide prepaid return labels or contribute towards return postage for returns relating to fit, size, preference or a change of mind.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, incorrect or not as described, return costs will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Refunds

Submitting a return request does not trigger an immediate refund.

Once your returned item has been received, it will be carefully inspected to ensure it satisfies the conditions of this policy.

We will notify you by email once the inspection has been completed and confirm the outcome of your return.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Mode of Monarchs may withhold a refund until:

• The returned item has been received; or

• You have provided satisfactory evidence that the item has been sent back, where required by applicable law.

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received, inspected and approved in accordance with this policy and within the timeframe required by applicable consumer law.

Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Customs duties, import taxes and other charges imposed by local authorities are not collected or controlled by Mode of Monarchs.

These charges cannot be refunded by Mode of Monarchs. You may need to contact the relevant customs authority directly regarding any potential reimbursement.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to purchase a different size or item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order through our website.

As Mode of Monarchs pieces are released in limited quantities, we cannot reserve or guarantee that another size or item will remain available while your return is being processed.

Faulty, Incorrect or Misdescribed Items

Every Mode of Monarchs garment is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

If you believe you have received a faulty, incorrect or misdescribed item, please contact info@modeofmonarchs.com as soon as reasonably possible.

Please include your order number together with clear photographs of the issue.

We will assess the matter and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law, we cannot accept returns of:

• Used gift cards.

• Bespoke, personalised or made-to-measure garments.

• Items sealed for health or hygiene reasons once the applicable seal has been removed.

• Items not purchased directly from Mode of Monarchs.

• Items that do not satisfy the Return Conditions set out in this policy.

Items marked as Final Sale remain subject to any statutory consumer rights that apply.
